The service

DynAmigos helps members coordinate mutual help in invite-based games on third-party platforms (TikTok, Temu, SHEIN). We provide the bulletin board, the matching and the bookkeeping. We do not provide the games, their points, or their rewards, and we are not affiliated with TikTok, ByteDance, Temu, PDD Holdings, or SHEIN.

Whether a help counts is decided by the game, under its own rules — for example, many games count only one help per account per day, and only certain account types (new, existing, returning). A help marked "did not count" in DynAmigos simply records that outcome; it is not a finding of fault.

Your account

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use DynAmigos. You are responsible for your account, for the accuracy of the handles and links you post, and for using your own game accounts. One person may use multiple game accounts where the games allow it, but each help must be real.

Acceptable use

Post only links and codes you have the right to share. Do not post broken or misleading links on purpose, claim helps you do not intend to complete, fake proof, or try to bypass the platform's limits (including the daily per-game limit and duplicate-link checks).

We may warn, freeze, or ban accounts that abuse the exchange, and we may remove posts that violate these terms.

Sponsorships

Members may pay to sponsor a post (processed by Stripe). Sponsorship buys placement only — it does not change help order guarantees, ratings, or outcomes, and sponsored fees are not refundable once the sponsored period has started, except where the law requires otherwise.

No guarantees

The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that a post will be filled, that a help will count in any game, or that any game reward will be earned. Games change their rules without notice; a help that counted yesterday may not count today.

Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 50 if you paid nothing. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the current version always lives on this page, and continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA.
